As employer, AMONTA assumes occupational responsibilities for its staff and promotes their individual skills.
In the first place, this means that existent know-how is deepened and broadened - for instance by obtaining frequently demanded additional qualifications that allow for carrying out activities, which require better special qualification. Of course, our staffs are not required to finance such qualification and training measures by themselves:

➢ welding test certificates;
➢ floor truck license (forklift license);
➢ permits to operate cranes, platforms or bridges;
➢ safety pass (as per SCC/VCA).
Our employees can thus increase their own "market value" and obtain additional chances and opportunities on the job market.
